The Better Business Toursim Accreditation Program has been replaced by a the Australian Tourism Accreditation Program (ATAP). The Better Business Tourism Accreditation Program (BBTAP) will now be known as ATAP Victoria.
The program is bigger and better and this will only increase the benefit to our operators. We are now undertaking a massive re-branding exercise and this will take some time to complete. The major changes are outlined below;
- BBTAP will now be called ATAP Victoria – so when phoning the office you will hear our new name but our phone number is the same.
- Email addresses will change from BBTAP to ATAP Victoria

- The old email addresses will be in place for a few months, so don't worry if you don't remember straight away!
- The website www.bbtap.com.au will stay online for a few more months to help inform people of the changes.
- The TABV website www.tourismaccreditationvic.com.au still exists and here you will continue to find general information about accreditation, programs and your listing.
- Online Program – your logins and passwords will carry over to the new ATAP program and you can use these to login. The old web address of www.bbbonline.com.au/tabv no longer exists and the new web address for ATAP is www.atap.net.au
- The green and gold tick/logo will remain as it is a national symbol and we are now part of a national program, so it will not affect any of your marketing collateral!
We strongly encourage you all to head to the new online program website www.atap.net.au and check out this fantastic tool. For our accredited operators click on 'Information for Operators' and then login using your personalized details and password. If you cannot remember your login, please contact the office.
